| Ganesh Chaturthi Ganesh Chaturthi Festival- Ganesh Chaturthi Festival celebrated in 22nd August – 1st September 2020. This festival celebrated to honor the Hindu God Lord Ganesha. Who has elephant head On this festival, we can see well-decorated colorful huge statues and podiums of Ganesh everywhere in the city. Mostly this festival is celebrated in Maharashtra, Goa, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. People bring beautiful Ganesh to home and at the end of the festival, these statues are taken to submerge in the ocean. This is called ‘VISARJAN’, on this day these Ganesh statues are paraded through the village and road, accompanied by the people engaged in singing and dancing, and finally do visarjan in the ocean, pond or river. The real color of the festival you can be visualized in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Unfortunately, We are unable to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi in full swing like before. Cheer up next year lets us celebrate in more strength.
